Opening Hours

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm. Services can be reserved outside of these days and times. Speak with us to make these requests.

Subscription renewal

Package subscriptions are purchased on an automatically recurring subscription, for a minimum of 2 months.

How do I Cancel my subscriptions?

We Make Life Easy! Just give us thirty (30) days notice in writing to cancel your subscription.

How do I reach my concierge?

You will be able to reach your concierge through the most convenient communication platform agreed upon. Communication occurs during business hours, or during time slots confirmed between you and your agent.

You and your personal concierge will arrange an ongoing weekly schedule to ensure availability of your personal concierge. A 48 hours notice is required for services needed outside of blocked time.

Completing Services/Execution Time for Services

Each service is allotted a minimum of one hour to be complete, some services may require additional time based on the nature of the service.

Requests for multiple services to be completed within an hour will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Services requiring multiple hours for execution may extend beyond operating hours and days.

Requests for multiple services to be completed within the same hour may attract additional charges.

Services executed by third party providers are not covered under concierge package rates.

Process flow of service execution is dependent on the client’s needs.

Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer. Clients will be encouraged to utilize our online payment options.

Making a purchase on our client’s behalf//Funding client’s request.

First time and Adhoc Clients

For first time and adhoc clients a 75% or full payment for cost of item is required prior to the service completion.Full payment is required for concierge service charge. Call us today and let us help you decide on the service you need or see if one of our packages works best for you.

Account Credit

Packages are valid for six month however credit can only be rolled over twice within that period.

Monies remaining will be considered debit to the client’s account until. On request same can be refunded to the client’s bank account. Detailed statements on how their money has been utilized will be submitted to each client.

Terms and Conditions

All prices quoted are current for services in the Falmouth, and Montego Bay regions. For services outside these areas, please contact us.

All prices include travel costs (up to 10km from the city center) and standard phone call costs.

International calls, a large number of calls, or need to travel extra distances, we will always discuss the additional charges with you prior to undertaking all the work/request.

We provide all clients with regular monthly statements, so you’ll know exactly how your hours are used, and we are happy to discuss duration prior to undertaking any tasks.
